Keep your systems.
Organize your operations.
LodgeMind works alongside the reservation and business systems your hotel already uses. Today, that means a separate, focused workspace for operational work.
What you can do today
Configure your property's rooms, facilities, and team in LodgeMind. Record work orders, room checks, maintenance, and supporting information directly in that workspace. Continue using your existing systems for reservations and their other business functions.
Operational context entered in LodgeMind is maintained there; changes in another system are not automatically copied into it. Onboarding helps establish a clear starting structure without promising a third-party connection.
What a future connection would involve
A useful integration starts with a specific workflow and a clear source of truth. We would need to establish which system owns the information, map property and room identifiers, agree on which records move, and confirm what the other provider's API and commercial terms allow.
Permissions, credentials, update frequency, failure handling, audit records, and any requested write-back must also be designed and tested. A provider logo or an API's existence alone is not evidence that a working LodgeMind connection is available.
Tell us the actual use case
Send the system name and the result your hotel needs—for example, reducing duplicate entry of a room reference. Do not send API keys, credentials, or live guest records in the initial inquiry.
We will discuss feasibility and scope before proposing work. Integration inquiries are not a commitment to a release date, inclusion in the standard subscription, or compatibility with a particular vendor.
