Built around a working hotel
The work behind a guest stay often moves through conversations, paper lists, messages, and separate files. A room check finds something. Maintenance needs the details. A manager needs to know whether it was resolved. LodgeMind brings that operational thread together.
The focus is the Heart of House: room walks, work orders, recurring PM plans, Room PM Campaigns, hotel areas, inspections, equipment, safety maintenance, pool and mechanical maintenance, and supporting management records. The platform is developed with hands-on hotel operations experience and an emphasis on clear, usable workflows.
An independent software business
LodgeMind is operated by Horton Technologies LLC. We are building a focused hotel operations product with straightforward pricing and direct onboarding, rather than a collection of unrelated products.
We believe a hotel should be able to explore a real demonstration, understand the included service, and ask a specific question without first scheduling a sales call. That is how this website is designed.
Clear commitments
The standard subscription is $100 per hotel per month or $1,000 per hotel per year, with up to five users, onboarding, and business-hours email support. Additional hotels and users are quoted directly. External integrations are not currently available.
