Only upload or enter information you are authorized to use for the hotel's operations. Do not submit unlawful content, malicious software, deceptive records, payment-card details, health records, passwords, or unnecessary guest personal information. Ensure documents and other uploaded material respect third-party intellectual-property and privacy rights.
Do not bypass authentication, probe systems without permission, disrupt service, overload endpoints, manipulate audit or work records dishonestly, or scrape at a volume that interferes with normal operation. Report a suspected vulnerability privately through the contact form using the security topic; do not access other people's data to demonstrate it.
Gold is a public demonstration. Use fictional sample content only, respect other visitors' ability to try the workflows, and expect demonstration records to change or reset. Do not treat the demo as a production account or a place for confidential information.
We may investigate misuse and take proportionate steps to protect the service, including restricting affected access or removing prohibited content. Where appropriate and lawful, we will communicate with the hotel's authorized contact. A paid account's written terms and applicable law govern any associated service or billing consequences.
